We loved loved this experience! It was so fun. It involved making focaccia & Orecchiette. It was informative without being too challenging or boring. They kept us engaged and between the breaks we would have to wait for the food, they would gather us all to music and dancing. My family of 7 had an amazing time and would highly recommend this experience!

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication was incredibly easy, and finding the location was seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into such a warm and fun community. We started the experience with homemade cake and drinks before settling into a beautifully curated table where everything was thoughtfully prepared and ready for us. We learned how to make fresh pasta and focaccia, and the process behind making ricotta. The family was full of so much joy, and you could truly feel how much they love what they do. The entire experience felt authentic, collaborative, and filled with heart. We even left with the sweetest goodie bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable, local, and genuinely special way to experience the culture and hospitality of the area!

A must-do experience when in Puglia!!! The experience was set in the most magical, peaceful location. The family who hosts is so warm and friendly, it feels like you’ve joined their family for the evening! The cooking class was educational and fun, dancing together was so special, and the meal at the end was exceptional. Every small detail was thought of to make a unique and memorable experience. We will definitely be back when returning to Puglia. A night we will cherish forever!
